Orders are processed as quickly as possible within a maximum of 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will be informed by e-mail of the shipment of your order and you will receive the tracking number of your package.
All deliveries will be made:
Either relay point (3,5 euros for purchases under 60 euros)
At home (5 euros for purchases under 60 euros)

Attention: customs fees can be applied during deliveries outside Europe. These costs are borne by the buyer.
NOTE : In case when placing the order, the customer sends an encoding error in his address, the parcel will be sent back to the original address. Factory Store disclaims all liability for any additional costs incurred in returning this package to the customer. A transfer of the value of shipping costs will be claimed again, otherwise the package will not be returned and the customer will be refunded. It will be the same for unclaimed parcels in relay points.
Returns are free for France and Belgium (Except when the article is on sales and for orders that are not above 60 euros in total). For other countries, items will be returned at the expense of the buyer to the following address:

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you and ask for a refund.
All you have to do is return the items in their original packaging and affix the return label. Once the items are received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of return and the refund will be made within 15 days.
Returns are also possible in our shops (Huy, LLN and Liège).
Regarding the "outlet" part of our website, returns are at the expense of the buyer regardless of the country nor items which are discounted no matter the circumstances (black friday, cyber monday, midseason sales, etc.).
NOTE : To make that kind of return easier, the customer can ask for a return tag which will be discounted to the refund. This option is ONLY VALID FOR Belgium and France, no exception would be allowed.
During periods of balance, returns are at the expense of the buyer regardless of the country.

We do not make standard exchange of unsuitable items except in the shop.
To get a new size, another model or another color, you will need to re-order.
